What was your personal experience of working with British American Tobacco?
I am with BAT for 12 years already....And it speaks for itself. I expected a lot from my Employer: dynamic and demanding work, space for self realisation, welcoming culture, professional people and support for growth - since I am getting all of it my motivation and intention stays with the Company and in return I do give my commitment, knowledge, experience and dedication. I grew up in this Company both professionally and personally. I met so many challenges on my way but I always got great people leaders to navigate me and support. Every day I come to work I learn something new and people around me inspire me to go further. BAT is truly Global Organisation.
