Within this function you will deepen your understanding in three main areas; Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Distribution and Strategy, Planning and Insights. You will further understand elements of Brand Positioning, Brand Authorship, Consumer Dialogue, Account Classification and Relationships, Strategy Planning and Insights and Market Tracking.

Within the Finance function, you will work towards the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification. Within this role you will participate in assignments in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Marketing Finance and Operations Finance.

CORPORATE AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Within the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs function, you will be exposed to the following areas Reputation Management, Communications Management and Regulation Management. In addition to this you will have an assignment in Marketing. Through these assignments you should have a better understanding of CSR and corporate communication as well as an understanding of how to work with regulators, politicians and other stakeholders.

LEGAL

Within this function you will deepen your understanding of legal issues at a local and global level. At a local level you will gain an in-depth understanding of regulation related issues and corporate governance. At a broader level you will gain a fuller understanding of competition law, EU engagement matters, taxation, risk management and strategy. There is also opportunity for you to have a secondment in another function.

HUMAN RESOURCES

There are a number of areas of the business that you will be exposed to in order to ensure that you get a full understanding of the strategic nature of HR. These include Talent and Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Reward, HR Marketing and HR Operations. Besides building functional expertise, the programme will develop your business awareness and leadership skills.

OPERATIONS

You will rotate around a number of different assignments based on your individual development plan. The Operations Trainee Programme covers all aspects of Operations and Supply Chain. This is a challenging but broad role covering areas such as Product Development, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Above-Factory Planning and Supplier Management.
